Grounded in holistic principles of both ancient and contemporary practices, Empress takes an inclusive and multi-faceted approach to well-being, unifying the best of the contemporary personal development and mental health models of Counselling, Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Mindset tools and Neuro-Linguistic-Programming with the best of traditional shamanic approaches including ritual, meditation, visionary practices, ancient feminine wisdom, Sacred Female Embodiment Yoga, and expressive arts (singing, dance, painting, drawing, creative writing, spoken word poetry etc)

Inspired by creativity as a catalyst for self-empowerment and social change, 'Kattimoni' is a powerhouse vocalist and performing artist who has toured internationally, performed at national festivals and events across Australia and received airplay on radio stations globally with her original 9 piece funk & Soul band and multicultural Samba Reggae project, 'Sol Nation' and recently featured as a Judge on Channel 7's #1 TV series 'All Together Now'.

A qualified vocal teacher with over 11 years experience coaching and mentoring singers and speakers to feel more empowered about expressing themselves with confidence and presence. She is a registered Psychotherapist with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists and has worked as a Counsellor and Arts Therapist with individuals and groups within the community including; women in crisis accommodation, refugee and migrant groups, veterans, disadvantaged and dis-engaged youth, homelessness outreach services and individuals within the disability and mental health sector.

She has been a guest speaker at events such as International Women's Day and Harmony Day and also facilitated transformational arts and well-being programs in partnership with councils and community organisations throughout Melbourne
